STAGE 1 - INCOMING CONTROL OF RAW MATERIALS In addition to the guaranteed impeccable quality of the raw materials for abrasive wheels from Austria and Germany the plant carries out extra quality control of raw materials:

• High-precision laboratory equipment allows to define and control the basic parameters of phenol resins;
• Fractional and chemical analysis of components.

STAGE 2 - MIXES PREPARATION CONTROL Accuracy in the preparation of mixes, the right humidity parameters is the key to the quality of the abrasive cutoff wheel. Given that the cutting of metal, stone, concrete and other materials requires certain properties of the wheel, this stage of control is the basis for the subsequent processing and manufacture of quality products.

STAGE 3 - CONTROL WITHIN PRODUCTION ON PRESS
The important parameters of the future abrasive wheel are weight and dimensions. At this stage of production cutoff wheels are checked for the following values:

• Wheel weight;
• Compliance of the wheel parameters (thickness and diameter) with the given values in accordance with the technical documentation;
• Imbalance magnitude.

STAGE 4 - CRACK TEST AFTER FIRING
This is the most important of the tests defining safety of abrasive wheels. According to the international standard resinoid wheels have permissible rotation rate of 12,250 rev/min, the crack test takes place with a 2-fold increase in the load on a special stand. Each batch of wheels is tested.

It shows a perfect adhesion into typical construction materials like: brick, concrete, plaster, wood, glass, metals, foamed polystyrene, hard PVC, and rigid PUR foams. It has no adhesion into polyethylene, silicone and teflon. UK PLANET FIRE RATED FOAM B1 characterizes an excellent heat-insulation, sound absorbance and high ageing resistance. Foam is additionally mould growth and fungal attack resistant.

UK PLANET GROUP manufactures a range of external render reinforcing fiberglass mesh that is ideal for reinforcing external render particularly around openings or areas of traditional weakness. It can be used to stabilise unstable surfaces, as well as cover and help prevent cracking. It is a flexible lattice made from special woven glass-fibre strands offering incredible strength when embedded into wet basecoat render.

We can also offer a slitting service to custom cut your fibreglass mesh to different widths for particular application.

Render Mesh is an ideal reinforcement for render, particularly where the adhesion of the render may be suspect or where delaminating or cracking is evident.

Description:

UK PLANET Styropor Gun Foam 750ml - is characterized by excellent adhesion to typical structural materials such as brick, concrete, plaster, wood, glass, metals, foam, rigid PCV and rigid foam PUR. It also has good adhesion to various types of bituminous membranes used in isolation. One-component polyurethane adhesive in spray is characterized by excellent thermal insulation and moisture absorption properties, and resistance to wear. The adhesive is resistant to mold growth. Styropor has no adhesion to polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, Teflon and Silicone.

Cut-Off wheel for Grinding 80m/s 12250 rpm

Grinding wheels of “Wellcut” TM on bakelite bond are used in flat grinding with wheel end surface, cutting of blanks and slotting, finishing fine-grinding with abrasive tools. They are designed for all types of grinding, removing excess materials, cleaning welds, burrs.

The wheels are made of fused corundum of highest quality and thanks to the bakelite bond with reinforcing elements grains are held firmly providing strength to the wheel in difficult operation conditions and at high loads. The reinforcing element is in the form of three layers of fiberglass mesh. Wheels meet the needs of customers due to their wide range.

Wheels conform to DSTU GOST 2424-83 standard, EN 12413.
